Returns Policy
You have up to 14 days to make a return for a full refund, from the date of delivery. After 14 days - 30 days you can exchange product or receive store credit. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. The customer must pay for return shipping. Please email orders@runwayballoons.com before sending any product back.

We cannot guarantee the arrival of any packages to be delivered by any specific date if that shipping method was not chosen. We do not offer refunds on expedited shipping costs if it does not arrive on time.
