If you are a balloon decorator, the Nozzle Up Bags are perfect for you to do save time - the nozzles are already the right way up ready for you to inflate.
Please note, balloons are shipped deflated and can be filled with air or helium. 5-inch balloons will not float with helium.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns Policy
You have up to 14 days to make a return for a full refund, from the date of delivery. After 14 days - 30 days you can exchange product or receive store credit. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. The customer must pay for return shipping. Please email orders@runwayballoons.com before sending any product back.
Shipping & Processing
Express shipping orders must be in by 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please be mindful of the estimated delivery dates when choosing your shipping method. Our processing time is 1 business day. Orders must be in by 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed for next business day. We cannot guarantee the arrival of any packages to be delivered by any specific date if that shipping method was not chosen. We do not offer refunds on expedited shipping costs if it does not arrive on time.
