Returns Policy
You have up to 14 days to make a return for a full refund, from the date of delivery. After 14 days - 30 days you can exchange product or receive store credit. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. The customer must pay for return shipping. Please email orders@runwayballoons.com before sending any product back.
Shipping & Processing
Express shipping orders must be in by 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please be mindful of the estimated delivery dates when choosing your shipping method. Our processing time is 1 business day. We cannot guarantee the arrival of any packages to be delivered by any specific date if that shipping method was not chosen.
